Wrapping It Up

Can you believe it?! We're experiencing a lot of bittersweet emotions here in pre-k. It has been such an incredible privilege teaching this remarkable group of kiddos. And we mean it when we say REMARKABLE! The other day Melissa and I gave a direction as we headed from the field back into Wildwood Forest: "Let's go pick up in the woods." This is such a vague direction for preschoolers who generally benefit from specificity, but this group ran into the woods, gathered all of the tools, pots and pans, and collecting materials, put them in their places and then ran over to the circle, ready for story time. WOW. This is the kind of thing that happens all the time! This group bouys each other, and the collective energy is beautiful to be a part of.

Can you remember what your kiddo was like in September? Here are the first day (on the left) and last week of school pictures for your comparison. :)

Aaaannnd...we'll round it out with some Field Day fun.

If you weren't there, ask your child what's happening in this picture 😆

That's a wrap for this year! Incredible and heartfelt gratitude to all you families for helping to make this year really special. THANK YOU.
